MetaDAO names Laso Finance as next curated raise
MetaDAO confirmed that Laso Finance is set to become the next curated ICO and will run from June 30 to July 3.
Laso builds private financial rails for humans and AI agents. Users fund prepaid cards, gift cards, and bank transfers directly from a crypto wallet, with no ID upload at onboarding. The business operates under FinCEN's Prepaid Access Final Rule, the same 2011 framework that lets someone buy a prepaid Visa with cash at a checkout counter. More than $20M in volume has flowed through the platform to date.
The raise has a $750k minimum and an undisclosed blind cap. At the minimum, 25% of supply goes to ICO participants, 7.25% to liquidity, and 67.75% to a team performance package that unlocks over time against token price. As commitments climb toward the cap, participant allocation rises and the team share falls proportionally. If the raise is oversubscribed, existing Laso users get priority, weighted by account history and activity.
Laso sees agentic commerce as a growing opportunity. AI agents are still a small slice of volume, 2% to 4% today. With a single prompt, an agent can get its own card, make purchases, and send bank transfers with no human in the loop. Laso is already the default card provider for PayWithLocus and Ampersend and the default prepaid provider for Paysponge, and part of this raise is earmarked for agent driven bank accounts and reloadable credit cards.
FlashTrade mints 20% of FAF for its founding team ahead of V2
Flash Trade's proposal to mint 20% of FAF supply as a founding team incentive was approved through a MetaDAO decision market. FAF-002 passed by ~29% against a -5% pass threshold, on ~$35K of volume across 62 traders.
200M FAF will now be minted, split across four tranches. The first 5% of the allocation was set to unlock with the release of Flash Trade V2 and vested over 3 months.
Flash Trade wasted no time, scheduling the V2 migration just hours after the decision market resolved. V2 is a full technical rebuild aimed at a CEX-like feel while remaining onchain and noncustodial. Flash Trade V1 ran transactions on Solana mainnet at roughly 400ms, while V2 moves trading onto a MagicBlock ephemeral rollup, trades execute in about 30 to 50ms at near-zero cost, and state commits back to Solana every 10 seconds or so. Deposits, withdrawals, and account setup still settle on Solana L1.
Flash Trade V2 opened in beta in early June and has posted ~$30M of volume against ~$300K of liquidity. If V2 keeps driving volume, it will grow the revenue share that FAF stakers earn, which is a key demand driver for the $FAF token.
Loyal Delivers “Earn Routing” with 10% APY on Stablecoins
Loyal shipped earn routing with 10% APY on stablecoins plus an autodeposit feature built on Solana's new Subscriptions and Allowances primitive.
Earn Routing, Loyal's latest release, uses AI agents to put idle USDC to work across Kamino lending reserves, moving it to whichever pays best for roughly 2x the yield of sitting static.
With Loyal, your funds sit in a separate Earn account and not your main wallet. Loyal's automation only allows its agents to take preapproved actions. It’s authorized to route USDC into Kamino markets Loyal has approved, and nothing else.
Loyal’s autodeposit feature allows users to define a minimum balance in their accounts. Whenever the balance increases above that amount, it moves the extra USDC into Earn for you. It can't touch what is below your set amount, can't move anything other than USDC, and can't send funds anywhere else.
Loyal's financials on 01Resolved show its treasury at ~$365.8K with up to ~6 months of runway when factoring in the LP.
Other ownership coin updates
- Omnipair launched a PWE-USDC money market alongside Sparks oversubscribed raise for PwePwe, a community-owned pigeon family livestream startup. Omnipair's treasury sits at ~$1.1M with $OMFG trading at an estimated ~$134% premium to NAV and between 15 and 23 months of runway.
- Avici is rolling out a new Platinum card to every user next week and sent recent signups $8 to start using the card. Avici's financials on 01Resolved show ~$3.2M in treasury with 19 to 32 months of runway, and $AVICI trading at an estimated ~211% premium to NAV.
- Umbra launched Umbra Connect, which approves private transactions from any device by QR with no browser plugin, and concluded UMBRA-003, raising ~$325K OTC. Umbra's financials on 01Resolved show ~$2.8M in treasury with 54 to 82 months of runway and an estimated 82.5% premium to NAV.
- Star.fun's Predikt raise closed without meeting its target, and refunds are now claimable. The raise went live last week reporting 3,000+ active wallets and 1,500+ transactions on a live MVP, but fell short of its $475K goal, so $DIK will not TGE.
- Crafts was named a winner of the Colosseum’s Frontier Hackathon for its novel fundraising framework, which it pitches as giving everyone access to equity-backed tokens with VC-grade protections.
- Jurassic Finance revealed Deaton, a museum-grade Triceratops Prorsus skull, will be its first fossil SPV. Jurassic’s financials on 01Resolved show ~$190K in its treasury with 16 to 24 months in runway and $RAWR trading at an estimated ~$138% premium to NAV.
- Ownershipfm hosted Roadshow #3, powered by Umbra and MetaDAO, with a rotating panel of guest-shark judges including co-founders from Umbra, Ika, and Solomon Labs. The week also featured Ownership Radio #12 with Bench Markets' co-founder Erik, who argued that prediction market seeding "is not a liquidity problem, it's an incentive problem".
