Paystream Moves to Liquidate
A decision market to liquidate Paystream is passing by ~3% against a 0% threshold, on ~$186 in volume across 3 trades by 3 unique traders. Volume and traders by economic direction are 100% Pass-aligned. If approved, the DAO withdraws its Meteora and FutarchyAMM liquidity, permanently revokes the PAYS mint and freeze authorities, cancels the 11.85M team performance package, and burns ~94% of supply under protocol control. All recovered USDC moves into a liquidation vault, redeemable by holders.
Paystream launched on MetaDAO in October 2025, raising $750K against $6.15M committed from ~1.84K contributors. In January a decision market approved a $225K buyback, and in May another approved a ~$166K buyback alongside cutting the monthly allowance from $33.5K to $15K. Over half of the funds Paystream raised went toward buying back the PAYS token.
Paystream then went roughly 70 days without addressing its holders, abandoned a working product and attempted a third pivot. By June the treasury was under $75K. The team announced its plans to shut down in late August, and MetaDAO revoked the monthly spending limit so what was left could go to holders. Ten months and three pivots after launching, Paystream would be the fourth ownership coin to wind down, after mtnCapital, Ranger Finance and ZKFG.
Paystream's financials on 01Resolved show $38K in total NAV.

MetaDAO Wants to Put the Token Portfolio It Earns to Work
A new MetaDAO proposal would put the ownership coins it earns from trading fees to work, using them to support market making, exchange listings and DEX, perp and lending integrations for projects it launches.
In January, a decision market approved funding for META's market making program, which helped establish the liquidity behind its later KuCoin and Coinbase listings, the first tier-1 listings for an ownership coin. MetaDAO now appears to be preparing to offer similar support across its portfolio.
MetaDAO currently holds ~$507K of ownership coins across 19 projects from FutarchyAMM and Meteora trading fees. SOLO, AVICI, UMBRA and CRED account for ~88% of the total, worth roughly $138K, $129K, $95K and $85K respectively.
If approved, MetaDAO could loan up to 100% of these holdings to market makers and deploy part of the USDC it earns from fees against a market maker retainer, with the same token supply also available to supplement exchange listings and drive integrations. A $50K USDC minimum carve-out would apply to the retainer, meaning a project has to have earned MetaDAO more than that to qualify.
The market is still Pre-TWAP. So far, $16.9K has traded across 36 trades from 4 unique traders, with ~90% of volume and ~83% of traders economically Pass-aligned. Activity is highly concentrated though, with one ~$13K Fail-sell accounting for most of the volume.
MetaDAO's financials on 01Resolved show $11.39M in total NAV with META trading at an estimated ~987% premium to NAV (AS).

Solomon Proposes to Withdraw its Meteora LP Ahead of USDv Launch
Solomon is preparing for the public launch of USDv and has proposed withdrawing its entire Meteora LP.
Trading in the decision market has been heavily aligned with approval. So far, ~100% of volume and ~93% of traders are economically Pass-aligned, with ~$51K in volume across 15 trades from 13 unique traders.
The position currently holds ~900K SOLO worth ~$621K, and is single-sided today though its composition can change through ordinary pool activity before execution. If approved, everything withdrawn from it would move back into the treasury. The Meteora pool was originally created to expand SOLO's distribution at a time when the FutarchyAMMs were not indexed by Dexscreener or other platforms. That role is less important today, with the FutarchyAMM now indexed and holding ~$2.92M in liquidity, making it the deepest market in the MetaDAO ecosystem.
The returned assets could later be used for exchange access, professional market making, new trading venues or ecosystem rewards, but any deployment would require a separate proposal approved through a decision market.
Solomon's financials on 01Resolved show $5.68M in total NAV against a $100K monthly spending limit, ~43 to ~57 months of runway, and SOLO trading roughly at par with NAV (AS), narrowing from a ~15% to ~20% discount through June and July.

Rip Cars Owners Approve Removing the Team Performance Package Cliff
Rip Cars' proposal to reconfigure founder liquidity has passed its MetaDAO decision market by ~5% against a -3% threshold. ~$19K traded across 159 trades from 21 unique wallets, with ~51% of volume and ~63% of traders economically Pass-aligned.
The proposal passing removes the 18-month cliff on Rip Cars' performance package while keeping the performance unlocks unchanged. Each tranche still requires a 3-month TWAP above its threshold, but that TWAP can now begin from day one rather than after 18 months of vesting, moving the earliest possible sale from around month 21 to around month 3.
In place of the cliff, sales through the AMM are capped for the first 18 months at $100K or 5% of the total package per rolling 30 days, whichever is lower. Below roughly a $4M valuation, the 5% cap is the lower one, and above $4M the $100K cap becomes the constraint.
Rip Cars' financials on 01Resolved show $202K in total NAV against a $40K monthly spending limit, ~3 to ~5 months of runway, and CARS trading at an estimated ~238% premium to NAV (AS).
