Rain Repays $500K of Avici Card Balances in Full
Avici, the ownership coin neo bank, had ~$500K of card balances withdrawn from ~1.67K users after its card issuing partner Rain identified a vulnerability in an outdated Solana contract. Rain has since repaid every affected cardholder in full, resulting in zero impact to Avici's treasury.
Fortunately, the vulnerability was confined to a contract related to Avici’s “Top Up” balances and did not affect its self-custodial wallets. Affected balances have since been restored with an extra 10% cashback.
AVICI is up ~24% over the past day after securing its platform and ensuring users have been made whole. Avici's financials on 01Resolved show $2.54M in total NAV against a $100K monthly spending limit, ~18 to ~25 months of runway, and AVICI trading at an estimated ~52% premium to NAV (AS), down from ~83% two weeks ago.
Umia's ICO Fills at Its $18M Cap
Umia, an ownership coin launchpad on Base, completed its $UMIA ICO at the auction’s maximum $0.36 price, implying an $18M FDV. The raise attracted $6.11M in commitments against a $2M minimum, with trading set to begin on September 2, 2026.
Rather than using a fixed-price sale, Umia auctioned 17.3M UMIA, or 34.6% of the total supply, across a $0.12 to $0.36 price range. Bidders set both a total budget and a maximum price, with orders executed gradually across each block until the auction closed. The public round opened on August 29 with a $5K per-wallet cap for the first 48 hours, but demand pushed the auction to its $0.36 ceiling roughly an hour later.
Umia's own raise is an early sign that demand for ownership coins can extend beyond MetaDAO. The bigger question is whether Umia can attract the best founders to launch through it, and enough capital to consistently fill those raises.
Omnipair Previews Dusk V2 as LP Fees Pass $15K
Omnipair, which combines swaps, lending and margin for Solana tokens in a single pool, published the design for Dusk V2 this week. V1 has now reached 69 markets, $5.9M in volume and more than $940K deposited, with LPs earning over $15K in fees.
The main addition in V2 is hLP, which lets users deposit a single asset, maintain roughly 1:1 price exposure and earn from the same capital being used as trading liquidity. Because Dusk manages pricing and risk from its own reserves, Omnipair says it can support assets without established oracle or lending markets.
Omnipair's financials on 01Resolved show $1.02M in total NAV against a $50K monthly spending limit, ~14 to ~20 months of runway, and OMFG trading at an estimated ~119% premium to NAV (AS).
Other ownership coin updates
- Jurassic Finance's Deaton raise is at ~$377K, or 57% of its $660K target, with 17 days left to fund the acquisition of a museum-grade triceratops skull. Contributions have been flat over the past week. Jurassic's financials on 01Resolved show $158K in total NAV against an $8K monthly spending limit, ~14 to ~20 months of runway, and RAWR trading at an estimated ~76% premium to NAV (AS), down from ~86% last week.
- Rip Cars has officially announced that its Hot Wheels gacha platform will launch on September 14. Rip Cars' financials on 01Resolved show $207K in total NAV against a $40K monthly spending limit, ~3 to ~5 months of runway, and CARS trading at an estimated ~268% premium to NAV (AS).
- P2P, a crypto on-and-off ramp for emerging markets, has now moved $50M across more than 500K transactions, and served 130K unique wallets across 16 countries. So far it has routed $15.45K of protocol fees to the DAO treasury. P2P's financials on 01Resolved show $4.34M in total NAV against a $175K monthly spending limit, ~19 to ~25 months of runway, and P2P trading at an estimated ~9% discount to NAV (AS).
- After owners rejected a proposal to liquidate the treasury, Kimia gave itself one month to reach private mainnet, with capped deposits and a public dashboard showing when its strategy loses money. The protocol is building around the Solana basis trade, which it argues still sits largely with offchain desks. Kimia's financials on 01Resolved show $48K in total NAV against a $9.6K monthly spending limit, ~4 to ~5 months of runway, and KIMIA trading at an estimated ~24% discount to NAV (AS).
- Solomon put the USDv codebase through a third independent audit with Zenith, days after MetaDAO owners approved converting up to $2M of treasury USDC into it. Solomon's financials on 01Resolved show $5.72M in total NAV against a $100K monthly spending limit, ~43 to ~57 months of runway, and SOLO trading at an estimated ~2% discount to NAV (AS), having closed from ~5% last week.
- Flash Trade community members are circulating a survey to gauge appetite for a revival, three weeks after the team said it would wind down unless acquired.
