DualMint's Bedrock-Structured Raise Reaches $202.4K
DualMint's $PLAY raise on Star has drawn $202.4K from 95 investors, reaching 89% of its $227.5K target. The round remains open, moving the project from last week's pre-commit phase into a public sale.
$PLAY represents a 20% economic interest in a fleet of 200 arcade claw machines. The company is buying 100 operating machines through a sale-and-leaseback and funding 100 new ones. Of the raise, $200K is allocated to machines, $20K to a Meteora liquidity pool and $7.5K to company formation.
The structure targets 12% to 15% annual net yield, starting at 12%, with distributions paid monthly in USDC after a 10% fee. The raise page reports more than $56K distributed to depositors across $502K of financed machines, with 16 consecutive months of on-time monthly distributions, zero operator defaults and a 15.72% realized net yield.
DualMint is the issuer, Bedrock provides the legal and holder protection for the company that owns the machines, and Star runs the sale.
Omnipair Crosses $1M in TVL and Details Dusk
Omnipair crossed $1M in TVL, a separate milestone from the roughly $1M in daily trading volume covered last week.
The protocol also detailed Dusk, an expansion covering earning, margin and borrowing. Its hedged LP vaults let depositors retain single-asset exposure while the vault records an equal funding debt in the paired asset and deploys both sides as liquidity.
Dusk also introduces spot margin positions up to 10x. Longs borrow the quote asset and shorts borrow the base asset, with market orders opening immediately and limit orders carrying an expiry between one hour and 30 days. The borrowing layer supports permissionless assets with collateral factors up to 85%, while borrow limits sit 5% below liquidation limits.
Omnipair's financials on 01Resolved show $1.02M in total NAV against a $50K monthly spending limit, roughly 13 to 20 months of runway, and OMFG trading at an estimated ~222% premium to NAV (AS).
Umia Announces First Launch as Volume Passes $21M
Umia announced Slop Cash as one of its first Cohort 1 projects, , marking the first external test of its fundraising, treasury and governance infrastructure.
One month after launching on Base, UMIA has generated over $21M in trading volume across 1,380 holders. Umia has earned ~$91K USDC and ~133K UMIA in trading fees, of which ~$45K USDC and ~65K UMIA have flowed directly to the treasury. The remainder is held in treasury-owned liquidity or awaiting collection from Uniswap.
