Three More Treasuries Approve USDv Allocations
Umbra, Credible and Omnipair approved converting a combined $680K in treasury USDC into Solomon's USDv ahead of its public launch.
Umbra's $300K proposal passed by ~4% against a -3% threshold on ~$2K in volume. Credible's first decision market, for $250K, passed by ~6% on ~$8.5K across 19 trades. Omnipair's $130K proposal passed by ~3.5% on just $387.
All three will retain USDv in their treasuries and route the expected 2.5% to 5% annual rewards to separate operating-expense wallets. Credible plans to propose increasing its allocation toward $1M.
Across ownership coin treasuries, up to $6.83M of $32.25M could move into USDv, ~21% of the total. MetaDAO approved $2M in August but had converted only ~$1K at the time. Separately, Solomon announced a $350K USDv partnership with MonkeDAO, and Zenith's third independent audit of the USDv programs found no critical issues.
The latest 01Resolved financials show Umbra at $2M NAV, a $100K monthly limit, ~20 months of runway and a ~6% premium to NAV (AS); Credible at $3.7M, $250K, ~15 months and ~61%; and Omnipair at $957K, $50K, ~19 months and ~101%, respectively.
Sanctum Holders Approve Burning 25% of CLOUD Supply
Sanctum holders approved burning the remaining 259M CLOUD Community Reserve, reducing total supply from 1B to ~741M.
Of the ~307M CLOUD initially held in reserve, only ~48M was distributed, mostly through Active Staking Rewards. Sanctum said the remaining tokens discouraged investors and failed to reflect its business, which reached #1 in Solana TVL in September and became profitable in 2025.
The proposal passed by ~3.5% against a -1.5% threshold on ~$2.3K across 40 trades from 35 wallets. ~64% of volume and ~78% of traders were economically Pass-aligned. In August, holders also approved the end of CLOUD staking after a final rewards round.
Jurassic Completes the $660K Deaton Raise
Jurassic Finance completed its $660K raise for Deaton, a Triceratops prorsus fossil, after reaching just 59% of its target two weeks earlier. TRCH1 represents pro-rata contractual ownership of the specimen.
TRCH1 began trading on Solana through Meteora and Omnipair pools. On Omnipair, holders can also borrow against it and loop with margin.
Jurassic's financials show $147K NAV, an $8K monthly spending limit and ~18 months of runway. RAWR trades at an estimated ~56% premium to NAV (AS).
HiveBits Raises $243K on Futardio
HiveBits, building a 300-hive commercial bee farm in Bosnia and Herzegovina, raised $243K from 150 funders on Futardio, 173% of its $140K target. It cleared the target just over a day after opening.
Its $10K monthly spending limit allocates $8K to farm equipment and $2K to the founder. HiveBits was Futardio's 10th completed ICO, taking cumulative funds raised past $700K.
Umia Deploys Its $4.77M Treasury Through Its First Decision Market
Umia put its full $4.77M USDC treasury to a decision market with four outcomes: leave it idle or use one of three Base lending strategies. A 50/50 Aave and Steakhouse allocation won by ~7% against a 2% threshold. Funds were deployed about four hours after settlement.
Umia's analysis counted 51 traders, with one wallet accounting for 64% of volume. Umia also reported that $125.4K in protocol fees covered its $120K monthly team disbursement within six days of launch, and named 01Resolved to its Curation Committee alongside Rengen, cyber•Fund and Maven 11.
