Umbra Launches V2 and Introduces uUSDv
Umbra launched V2, opening private holding and trading to ownership coins including SOLO, OMFG, LASO and RAWR. The release follows last week's distribution of early-access codes.
V2 uses multi-asset shielded pools, allowing different tokens to share an anonymity layer. Private transfers can take less than five seconds and swaps 15 to 20 seconds, with fewer signatures required to complete transactions. Umbra has also begun winding down V1 and directed remaining users to migrate.
Umbra introduced uUSDv, a private stablecoin backed by Solomon's USDv. Holders receive 75% of the underlying USDv rewards and Umbra retains 25%. At the announcement's 3.5% USDv rate, that would give holders roughly 2.6% annually, with the rate remaining variable.
The uUSDv program holds the reserve and issues shares against it. As rewards are released, each share becomes redeemable for more USDv. The wrapper allows that value to accrue while the holder's balance remains private.
Umbra's financials on 01Resolved show $2.3M in total NAV against a $100K monthly spending limit, roughly 16 to 23 months of runway, and UMBRA trading at an estimated ~99% premium to NAV (AS).
Solomon Approves Productive Liquidity and Opens Its Raydium Pool
Solomon holders approved DP-00005, Productive Liquidity, authorizing the migration of 20%, estimated at ~$700K in the proposal, of the DAO's SOLO/USDC FutarchyAMM position into SOLO/USDv liquidity on Raydium.
The Treasury Subcommittee receives the withdrawn SOLO and USDC, converts the USDC into USDv and deploys the pair. The DAO retains ownership of the resulting position, trading fees and eligible USDv rewards. The remaining 80% stays in FutarchyAMM, and moving more requires a separate proposal.
The decision market passed by ~9.6% against a -3% threshold on ~$73K of volume across 465 trades from three unique wallets. About 67% of volume and 60% of traders were Pass-aligned.
The SOLO/USDv pool is now live. Liquidity providers can earn trading fees alongside USDv rewards on the dollar side, subject to the stablecoin's eligibility requirements.
In other news, Solomon also announced ORE's adoption of USDv as part of its reserves.
Solomon's financials on 01Resolved show $5.4M in total NAV against a $100K monthly spending limit, roughly 24 to 54 months of runway, and SOLO trading at an estimated ~20% premium to NAV (AS).
MimiKrew Accepts $20K From ~$354K in Commitments
MimiKrew closed its Backable raise with ~$354K committed by 51 backers against a $20K goal, roughly 17.7 times the target. The project accepted $20K, allocating $16K to the treasury and $4K to trading liquidity. The remaining ~$334K is claimable by contributors.
MimiKrew is building a collective Pokémon gacha on Solana. Collectors pool funds for shared pack openings and receive proportional payouts, through public Hunts or private Krews. The product remains in development, with founder Theo committing to a functional V1 within one month of the successful raise.
After the raise, MimiKrew holders approved moving the token's launch liquidity into a fee-earning Meteora pool. Spark, which curated the raise, has completed the move. The pool charges a 2.5% trading fee plus dynamic fees, with the fees split equally between the MimiKrew DAO and Spark.
The liquidity proposal passed by ~3.8% against a -3% threshold on $15 of volume across two trades from two wallets, all economically Pass-aligned.
MimiKrew's financials on 01Resolved show ~$21K in total NAV against a $2K monthly spending limit, roughly 8 to 10 months of runway, and KREW trading at an estimated ~44% premium to NAV (AS).
Umbra Proposes a Performance-Based Optimist Partnership
Umbra has opened the Optimist–Nimbus Partnership proposal, which would allocate up to 547K UMBRA from existing treasury tokens for a year of integration support, research, marketing and partner development.
The proposal describes a maximum allocation of 2% of liquid supply. A 0.5% base is earned pro rata over 12 months, with up to another 1.5% subject to milestones. Earned tokens can only be distributed once UMBRA reaches a $0.60 30-day TWAP. Unearned tokens return to the treasury, and Umbra can terminate the engagement early.
At the time of writing, the market is passing by ~3.1% against a -3% threshold on ~$1.5K of volume across five trades from three wallets. Volume and traders are 100% Pass-aligned. The market is scheduled to end later today, so these figures remain live.
Umbra's financials on 01Resolved show $2.3M in total NAV, roughly 16 to 23 months of runway, and UMBRA trading at an estimated ~99% premium to NAV (AS).

Backable Reopens Permissionless Raises and DrawUp Prepares a $20K Sale
Backable, formerly Futardio, opened permissionless raises to everyone. Projects can launch directly through the platform, following the pause on new ICOs covered in September.
The live raise list includes Polybaskets, a prediction-market index project seeking $40K, and Soldex, a cross-venue prediction-market terminal seeking $111K. Orendal, which tracks token-launch terms and fundraising progress, is seeking $20K. At the time of writing, the three rounds have drawn roughly $1.4K, $0 and $2.4K respectively.
Spark's next curated project, DrawUp, is scheduled to open a $20K, 24-hour raise later today. DrawUp sells randomized prop-firm evaluation challenges. A buyer pays for a draw, receives a challenge for a random account size and must pass it before gaining access to a funded trading account.
