01Resolved Releases Major Platform Upgrade
01Resolved rolled out new analytics tools for ownership coins launched through MetaDAO and Backable, making it easier for investors to evaluate prices, financials and operating performance in one place.
The new interactive Price vs. NAV/AS chart shows how tokens trade relative to treasury backing over time. Users can examine historical premiums and discounts, overlay decision markets and project how future allowance draws could affect NAV per adjusted token.
The update also introduces operating metrics alongside financials, expanded holder and wallet intelligence, and more detailed team performance package tracking for unlocks, cliffs, price targets and vesting. Updated financial reporting also makes NAV and adjusted supply calculations easier to inspect.
Jurassic Completes the $600K Deaton Acquisition
Jurassic Finance officially completed its acquisition of Deaton, the $600K Triceratops fossil funded by TRCH1 holders. The purchase follows September's completed $660K raise.
As a reminder, the raise allocated $600K to the seller and $60K to Jurassic's treasury. TRCH1 represents pro-rata contractual ownership of the specimen, while RAWR gives exposure to Jurassic's platform and treasury.
Jurassic's financials on 01Resolved show ~$236K in total NAV against an $8K monthly spending limit, roughly 16 to 30 months of runway, and RAWR trading at an estimated ~33% premium to NAV (AS).
Umbra Approves a Higher Budget and Introduces Nimbus
Umbra holders approved the V2 budget increase, authorizing a monthly operating limit of $150K, up from $100K. The proposal funds V2 operations, the Nimbus network and expansion to a second chain, Robinhood, with the public launch still ahead.
The decision market passed by ~3% against a -3% threshold on $342 of volume across four trades from three unique wallets. Volume and trader participation were 100% economically Pass-aligned, with ~79% of volume arriving before the TWAP window. The pass TWAP finished just above the fail TWAP, enough to clear the negative team-sponsored threshold.
Umbra also introduced an SDK for Nimbus, the project’s privacy network. Its SDK lets other wallets, exchanges and payment apps add private transfers and shielded balances.
Finally, in a separate decision that was resolved last week, Umbra holders approved the Optimist partnership, allocating up to ~547K UMBRA from existing treasury tokens for 12 months of integration support, research and marketing. Most of the allocation depends on milestones, and earned tokens can only be distributed once UMBRA reaches a $0.60 30-day TWAP.
Umbra's financials on 01Resolved show $2.3M in total NAV and UMBRA trading at an estimated ~159% premium to NAV (AS).
The Inner Table Raises ~$159K for Poker Studios
The Inner Table completed its Backable raise with ~$159K accepted from 81 backers, exceeding its $150K minimum but falling short of its $250K cap. Of the funds raised, ~$128K was allocated to the treasury and ~$32K to trading liquidity.
Founded by Harkirat Singh, the company is building physical poker studios in India, with coaching and content alongside the games. Its published roadmap targets a licensed first studio in the National Capital Region in January 2027.
The Inner Table's financials on 01Resolved show ~$154K in total NAV, roughly 5 to 6 months of runway at that limit, and POKER trading at an estimated ~30% discount to NAV (AS).
DrawUp Accepts $20K From ~$348K in Commitments
DrawUp completed its 24-hour Backable raise with ~$348K committed by 28 backers against a $20K goal. The project accepted $20K, allocating $16K to the treasury and $4K to liquidity, with roughly $328K left claimable by contributors.
DrawUp is a prop-firm challenge gacha supported by Spark and founded by Xris, the founding partner and Chief Wealth Officer at Swissborg.
DrawUp's financials on 01Resolved show ~$25K in total NAV against a $2K monthly spending limit, roughly 8 to 13 months of runway, and DRAWUP trading at an estimated ~224% premium to NAV (AS).
Loyal Opens EarnMax and Reports Its First Revenue
Loyal opened EarnMax to everyone following closed and public testing. At launch, the strategy had attracted over $200K in deposits against a $1M cap, with a reported 7-day realized APY of ~16%.
EarnMax deposits USDC into Kamino's RWA Multiply markets, borrows against the position, and redeposits the proceeds to increase lending exposure. Loyal automates monitoring and rebalancing within each user's smart account, subject to onchain policy restrictions. This introduces a leveraged strategy alongside Earn's existing stablecoin routing.
In its first-year review, Loyal reported ~$2.4K in Q3 revenue, entirely generated by the DAO's own capital in its Autonomous Vault. The team also confirmed that July's proposed OTC sale did not close, with the allocated tokens set to return to the treasury. Actual monthly burn has fallen from ~$57K in Q2 to ~$20K, well below the standing $60K allowance.
Loyal's financials on 01Resolved show ~$136K in total NAV and LOYAL trading at an estimated ~8% discount to NAV (AS).
